POLICIES ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES By booking an appointment for services with Blush & Brows Co. LLC (the “Studio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you accept and agree to bound by our services and cancellation policy (the “Services and Cancellation Policy”). To facilitate smooth booking and cancellations of appointments made with our Studio, our Studio requires a credit card on file when booking your appointment. By accepting and agreeing to our Services and Cancellation Policy, you authorize the Studio to charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file, as set forth below. Your appointment is very important to us and the Studio strives to provide every client the time and attention that you deserve. CANCELLATION POLICY Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online, over the phone or in person. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you kindly give at least a 96 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 96 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 96 hour mark, a 100% is charge will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a full 100% of the services booked on top of an additional $25 charge for NO SHOWS. *CREDIT CARD TIPPING IS AVAILABLE BUT CASH IS PREFERRED.
